Any insights, summaries, alerts, trend analyses, graphs, AI-generated content, provider discussion prompts, reports, or suggested correlations are provided for informational and organizational purposes only.
You should not rely on PancreaTrack AI as a substitute for professional medical judgment. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making decisions about diet, medication, enzyme usage, glucose management, treatment plans, procedures, or other health-related matters.
Use of the Service does not create a physician-patient relationship, provider-patient relationship, or treatment relationship between you and PancreaTrack AI.
PancreaTrack AI may use artificial intelligence systems to assist with meal analysis, trend summarization, report generation, and organizational insights.
AI-generated outputs are probabilistic and may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, misleading, or inappropriate for your specific circumstances.
AI outputs should always be reviewed with qualified healthcare professionals before being used in any medical context.
PancreaTrack AI does not guarantee that AI-generated content will identify every relevant pattern, risk, trigger, symptom relationship, or clinical concern.
The Physician Portal allows users to share selected account information and health logs with healthcare professionals or care-team members.
Healthcare providers using the Physician Portal are responsible for ensuring that their use of the Service complies with all laws, rules, regulations, institutional policies, licensure requirements, privacy obligations, and professional standards applicable to them.
Provider access to a user's data requires user authorization or other legally valid permission.
PancreaTrack AI does not verify, supervise, employ, or control healthcare providers using the Service, and we are not responsible for medical decisions, advice, diagnosis, treatment, or omissions made by any healthcare provider.
We may suspend or revoke provider access if we believe the Physician Portal is being misused or accessed in violation of these Terms.
As between you and PancreaTrack AI, you retain ownership of the personal health information and content you submit to the Service.
You grant PancreaTrack AI a limited license to use, host, process, display, transmit, and analyze your submitted data only as reasonably necessary to provide, maintain, secure, and improve the Service, subject to our Privacy Policy.
You may delete your account or certain submitted information through available account tools. Some information may be retained where required for legal, billing, security, backup, or compliance purposes.
You are responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of information you enter into the Service.
PancreaTrack AI does not independently verify manually entered health information, lab values, glucose readings, medication details, enzyme usage, symptoms, meal details, provider notes, or uploaded documents.
You agree not to enter false, misleading, unlawful, or unauthorized information into the Service.

We use commercially reasonable safeguards designed to protect user information. However, no system, website, application, internet transmission, or electronic storage method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

PancreaTrack AI, including its software, design, branding, graphics, interfaces, workflows, reports, code, content, and related materials, is owned by PancreaTrack AI or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial health tracking and organization purposes.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the Service unless expressly authorized in writing.
The Service may rely on or link to third-party services, including payment processors, AI providers, nutrition data services, hosting providers, email providers, and other infrastructure services.
We are not responsible for third-party services, their availability, their security practices, their accuracy, or their terms and policies.
We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, available at all times, or free from data loss.
The Service may be modified, suspended, limited, or discontinued at any time due to maintenance, updates, technical issues, security concerns, business decisions, third-party outages, or other reasons.
You may stop using the Service at any time.
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, misuse the Service, create security risk, fail to pay subscription fees, provide false information, or if continued access may create legal, regulatory, or operational risk.
Sections intended to survive termination, including medical disclaimers, intellectual property, limitation of liability, indemnification, and privacy/security provisions, will survive termination.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PancreaTrack AI disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, reliability, non-infringement, availability, security, and suitability for medical or clinical use.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PancreaTrack AI and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, licensors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, punitive, or similar damages.
This includes damages related to health decisions, medical outcomes, reliance on AI-generated content, data inaccuracies, provider actions or omissions, loss of data, service interruptions, unauthorized access, subscription issues, or third-party services.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the Service will not exceed the greater of: the amount you paid to PancreaTrack AI in the twelve months preceding the claim, or $100.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless PancreaTrack AI and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, licensors, and service providers from claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses arising from your use of the Service, your submitted data, your violation of these Terms, your violation of law, or your infringement of another person's rights.
We may update these Terms from time to time.
Material changes may be communicated by email, in-app notice, or posting an updated version on this page.
Your continued use of the Service after updated Terms become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
