PancreaTrack AI ("PancreaTrack", "we", "our", or "us") is a health-tracking and organizational platform designed to help individuals living with pancreatitis and related pancreatic conditions log, organize, and review personal health information.

The Service is intended to assist users in tracking trends and preparing for healthcare discussions. PancreaTrack AI is not a healthcare provider, hospital, medical practice, insurance company, or emergency response service.

PancreaTrack AI does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment recommendations, or clinical decision-making services.

Any insights, summaries, alerts, correlations, reports, visualizations, or AI-generated outputs provided through the Service are for informational and educational purposes only.

Use of the Service does not establish a physician-patient relationship, provider-patient relationship, or fiduciary relationship between PancreaTrack AI and any user.

  • Anthropic / Claude AI: AI-assisted nutritional and organizational features. Information submitted to AI systems may include meal descriptions or uploaded food images.
  • Nutrition APIs: food and nutrition lookup services.
  • Connected Healthcare Providers: only when explicitly authorized by the user through the Physician Portal.
  • Legal Authorities: when required by law, subpoena, court order, or to protect user safety and platform integrity.

We do not knowingly share health data for behavioral advertising purposes.

6. AI Features & Limitations

PancreaTrack AI may use third-party artificial intelligence systems to assist with meal analysis, trend summarization, organizational insights, and report generation.

AI-generated outputs are probabilistic in nature and may contain inaccuracies, omissions, or incorrect interpretations.

AI-generated content should not be relied upon as a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

We may improve our AI-related features over time, including modifying or discontinuing certain AI functionality.

7. Physician Portal

Users may choose to connect their account with healthcare providers through the Physician Portal.

Once connected, authorized providers may be able to view:

  • Health logs and summaries
  • Meal and symptom trends
  • Glucose and bowel tracking information
  • Uploaded reports and notes

Users may revoke provider access at any time through account settings.

Healthcare professionals accessing the platform may be subject to professional confidentiality obligations under applicable laws and regulations.

8. User Responsibility

Users are responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and legality of information submitted to the Service.

PancreaTrack AI does not independently verify manually entered health data, laboratory values, glucose readings, or provider information.

9. Security

We implement commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect user information.

Security measures may include:

  • Encrypted HTTPS connections
  • Secure authentication systems
  • Password hashing
  • Access controls
  • Server-side session management

However, no system or internet transmission method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
